Display Assembly Removal

  • At this point, the screen assembly will be free to move. Gently pull it out and lay it on the keyboard.

  • You may wish to lay a cloth on the keyboard for increased protection of the screen and keyboard.

  • Near the bottom-right of the screen will be a connector which is secured with clear tape. Remove the tape, pull the cable gently out of the connector and set it to the side.

  • You may find it helpful to fold the tape up (as shown in the third picture) so it doesn't stick anywhere else

Retirer l'écran du support

À cette étape, l’écran sera détaché et prêt à être retiré. Retirez-le délicatement et posez-le sur le clavier.

Vous pouvez poser un chiffon sur le clavier afin de protéger l’écran et le clavier.

Près du coin inférieur droit de l’écran, il y aura un connecteur qui est maintenu par une languette en plastique transparente. Décollez la languette, débranchez délicatement le câble de son connecteur et mettez-le de côté.

Il peut être utile de replier l’adhésif (comme montré sur la troisième image) de sorte qu’il ne se colle pas ailleurs.
