  • The phone is generally quite solid with front facing buttons that look great and give a good feeling when depressed.

  • The cover creaks a little when you firmly grasp the device, and considering the amount of use by a smartphone like this, the lack of foresight on this part really hurts it.

  • Also, the sliding mechanism is definitely not as smooth as the XPERIA X1’s nor the G1’s. The bottom of the screen module scrapes over the keys, resulting in an inelegant transition.

  • The other interesting thing to note is the four torsional springs implemented just to slide the device. In fact, the small and light cover, uses a dual torsional spring, just to hide the ribbon.

Le téléphone est généralement assez solide avec des boutons orientés vers l'avant qui ont fière allure et donnent une bonne sensation lorsqu'ils sont déprimés.

La coque grince un peu lorsque l'on saisit fermement l'appareil, et compte tenu de l'utilisation d'un smartphone comme celui-ci, le manque de prévoyance de cette partie lui fait vraiment mal.

De plus, le mécanisme coulissant n'est certainement pas aussi fluide que celui du XPERIA X1 ou du G1. Le bas du module d'écran gratte les touches, ce qui entraîne une transition inélégante.

L'autre chose intéressante à noter est les quatre ressorts de torsion mis en place juste pour faire coulisser l'appareil. En fait, le couvercle petit et léger, utilise un double ressort de torsion, juste pour cacher le ruban.
