Soldering soft-start circuit

  • Parts you need:

  • one n-FET (I used BUK663) but any n-FET with a voltage rating > 20V , a current rating >10A and a gate-source threshold voltage Vgs<5V should work

  • Two 100kOhm resistors

  • one 10 µF/25V capacitor (careful, has positive and negative side!)

  • Solder everything together according to the schematic

Pièces dont vous avez besoin :

un n-FET (j'ai utilisé BUK663) mais tout n-FET avec une tension nominale> 20V, un courant nominal> 10A et une tension de seuil grille-source Vgs <5V devrait fonctionner

Deux résistances de 100kOhm

un condensateur 10 µF/25V (attention, il y a un côté positif et un côté négatif !)

Soudez le tout selon le schéma
