Turn off the computer and unplug the power from the computer.

Turn the laptop upside down. Locate the two latches on either side of the battery.

Remove the battery

Remove the back plate

crwdns2936071:05crwdne2936071:0 — Remove the HDD

Pull the HDD to the left using the silver tab.

Remove the 4 screws from the hard drive.

crwdns2936071:07crwdne2936071:0 — Insert your new SSD in the case

Take your new SSD hard drive.

crwdns2936071:08crwdne2936071:0 — Insert SSD

Insert the SSD into the laptop.

crwdns2936071:09crwdne2936071:0 — Place back panel + battery

Replace the back panel and screw it in place.
