  • To test the continuity of the wires themselves and both ends of a single wire and test the continuity.

  • Connect each end of the single wire to the positive and negative leads of the multimeter. If there is an unbroken circuit through the speaker there will be a continuous tone output from the multimeter and/or the meter will not read "OL" (open).

Test de continuïteit van de draden door de draden te verbinden met de meetpennen.

Verbind ieder einde van de draden met de bijbehorende positieve (rode) en de negatieve (zwarte) meetpen van de multimeter. Als er continuïteit is, zal de multimeter piepen en laat het scherm 0 (of een waarde dichtbij 0) zien. Als het scherm "OL" (Open Loop) laat zien, is er geen continuïteit.
