  • To test the continuity of the wires themselves and both ends of a single wire and test the continuity.

  • Connect each end of the single wire to the positive and negative leads of the multimeter. If there is an unbroken circuit through the speaker there will be a continuous tone output from the multimeter and/or the meter will not read "OL" (open).

Para probar la continuidad de los cables del propio polímetro, toca las puntas entre sí y comprueba el resultado positivo.

Conecta cada lado del cable a probar a una de las puntas del polimetro. Un extremo al positivo y otro al negativo. Si el cable esta correctamente y no hay ningún corte en éste, escucharás un pitido constante que indicará que el circuito esta cerrado. La pantalla dejará de mostrar "OL".
