  • Much like the Function Keys model, the trackpad in the Touch Bar unit slides out easily after dispatching ten T5 Torx screws.

  • We can also happily report that the trackpads from these respective models are identical, and likely cross-compatible.

  • The cable routing, however, is different to accomodate the modified logic board design. So, if you're planning on replacing a busted trackpad, be sure to hold on to the original flex.

Comme dans le modèle à touches de fonction, le trackpad du modèle Touch Bar se sort facilement après avoir retiré dix vis Torx T5.

De plus, nous avons le plaisir de vous informer que les trackpads des deux modèles sont identiques et probablement interchangeables.

Cependant, le chemin à prendre à travers les câbles diffère pour s'adapter à la carte mère modifiée. Donc, si vous voulez remplacer un trackpad cassé, n'oubliez pas de garder la nappe d'origine.
