  • Touch Bar: Take 2.

  • After once again accidentally separating the digitizer from the OLED panel, we turn our tools to the LED display.

  • Two teardown engineers, an opening pick, X-Acto knife, isopropyl alcohol, a heat gun, and an iOpener all came to this OLED teardown party, but Apple's adhesive was still too much for our glue separation squad.

  • Thwarted by the monstrous amount of adhesive holding the OLED panel in place, we resign to flecking away shards of glass and reminiscing.

Touch Bar: poging 2.

Na het wederom per ongeluk scheiden van de digitizer en het OLED-paneel, focussen we onze tools op het LED-scherm.

Twee demontagemonteurs, een openingsplectrum, X-Acto mes, isopropyl alcohol, een warmtepistool en een iOpener hebben dit feestje bezocht, maar Apple's lijm bleek nog steeds te heftig voor ons lijm-verwijder-team.

Gedwarsboomd door de enorme hoeveelheid lijm die het OLED-paneel op z'n plek houdt, trekken we ons terug en geven we ons over aan het verwijderen van glasscherven en het fantaseren over minder lijm.
