Remove the glue

  • This is the most tedious step. Remove the glue and fine bits of glass sticking to the bezel. Not all glue has to be removed, but the glass has to be gone. You can scrape off the glue with a knife (razor blade is the most convenient, but a regular knife works as well) or use the help of some solvents.

  • The picture shows the bezel before glue removal. I forgot to take one after.

Retira el pegamento

Este es el paso mas tedioso, Retira el pegamento y pequeños trozos de cristal pegados al bisel. No se tiene que retirar todo el pegamento, pero el cristal tiene que irse. Puedes raspar el pegamento con una navaja (navaja de afeitar es lo mas conveniente, pero un cuchillo regular funciona también) o usa ayuda de algunos solventes.

La imagen muestra el bisel antes del retiro de pegamento. Olvide tomar una después.
