  • Release the tabs on each side of the RAM chip at the same time. These tabs lock the chip in place and releasing them will cause the chip to "pop" up.

  • Pull the chip directly out from its connector.

  • If there are two RAM chips installed, repeat the above procedure for the second chip.

  • When reinstalling the logic board, completely clean off the old thermal paste and apply a new layer on the three chips (CPU, GPU & PCH).

Liberar las pestañas en cada lado del chip RAM al mismo tiempo. Estas pestañas bloquean el chip en su lugar y su liberación hará que el chip "salte".

Saca el chip directamente de su conector.

Si hay dos chips de RAM instalados, repite el procedimiento anterior para el segundo chip.

Al reinstalar la placa lógica, limpia completamente la pasta térmica vieja y aplica una nueva capa en los tres chips (CPU, GPU y PCH).
