  • Locate your orange dipstick.

  • Remove it and wipe off the oil, then replace it.

  • Remove it again to ensure the oil is at the proper level between the two holes, or slightly above.

  • If it's too low, you can add more - repeat steps 13 and 14 above accordingly. If it's slightly above, don't worry; some will drain into the new filter. If it greatly exceeds the maximum level indicated by the upper hole, you'll need to drain some - refer back to steps 3 through 6.

  • Replace the dipstick.

Finde den orangenen Ölmessstab.

Hole ihn heraus, wische ihn ab und stecke ihn wieder zurück.

Hole ihn nochmals heraus, um zu sehen, ob das Öl auf dem korrekten Füllstand ist: Zwischen den beiden Löchern oder ganz leicht darüber.

Sollte der Füllstand zu niedrig sein, kannst du noch mehr einfüllen. Wiederhole Schritt 13-14. Sollte es ein kleines bisschen zu viel sein: Keine Sorge, der neue Ölfilter wird etwas aufsaugen. Solltest du deutlich zu viel haben, musst du Schritt 3-6 wiederholen, um etwas abzulassen.

Setze den Ölmessstab wieder ein.
