  • Begin jacking up the front driver's side corner of the car by placing a jack about 5" back from the front wheel cutout on the long vertical part of the frame. This is the jacking location as stated in the owner's manual.

  • It is helpful, but not necessary, to jack both sides of the car. Since the oil drain plug is located to the passenger side of the vehicle centerline, jacking up just the driver side is sufficient to drain the oil.

Comienza a levantar con el gato la esquina delantera del lado del conductor del automóvil colocando un gato aproximadamente a 5" del corte de la rueda delantera en la parte vertical larga del bastidor. Esta es la ubicación del gato como se indica en el manual del propietario.

Es útil, pero no necesario, levantar ambos lados del automóvil. Dado que el tapón de drenaje de aceite está ubicado en el lado del pasajero de la línea central del vehículo, levantar solo el lado del conductor es suficiente para drenar el aceite.
