Organize the wires

Arrange these cables in the order shown in the diagram.
Use your fingers to squeeze the cables about to keep them in order.
This is how the cables will be inserted into the connector.
If you have S/FTP cables you likely won't have half white/coloured wires. These wires will instead be pure white and you will have to go by the colour of its partner in the twisted pair.
