Where does the water come from ?

  • There is no reason to take the machine apart if the leak is not from the inside.

  • If the water runs down the cup bay (starting from where the red arrows are) it indicate a plate failure.

  • You will most likely also see a puddle of water at the base of your machine.[br]This comes from the water running backwards from the plate and into the machine.

  • You should try to clean or replace the plate first, before opening the machine.

Waar komt het water vandaan?

Er is geen reden om de machine uit elkaar te halen als het lek niet van binnenuit komt.

Als het water langs de kop naar beneden loopt (vanaf waar de rode pijlen staan), duidt dit op een defecte plaat.

Je zult waarschijnlijk ook een plas water aan de onderkant van je machine zien. Dit komt doordat het water van de plaat naar achteren in de machine loopt.

U kunt eerst proberen de plaat schoon te maken of te vervangen voordat u de machine opent.
