  • The battery is attached to the rear panel with adhesive. Be careful not to tear the orange headphone jack or hold button ribbon cables when removing the battery.

  • Use a spudger to lift the battery and the attached orange cable out of the iPod. If you have a 160 GB iPod, the battery will be thicker than the one pictured.

  • If you have trouble removing the battery, you can use a hair dryer or a heat gun on the back of the iPod to soften the glue holding the battery in place. Be careful not to overheat the battery.

La batterie est attachée à la coque arrière avec de l'adhésif. Veillez à ne pas déchirer la prise casque orange ou les nappes du bouton lorsque vous retirez la batterie.

Utilisez un spudger pour ôter de l'iPod la batterie et la nappe orange qui y est fixée. Si vous disposez d'un iPod de 160 Go, la batterie sera plus épaisse que celle de la photo.

Si vous avez des problèmes pour enlever la batterie, vous pouvez utilisez un sèche-cheveux ou un pistolet à air chaud et chauffer la face arrière de l'iPod pour ramollir la colle qui maintient la batterie. Faites très attention à ne pas surchauffer la batterie.
