Removing the Fan

  • Remove the two Phillips screws securing the fan in place with a Phillips #00 screwdriver.

  • Use a magnet or a magnetic screwdriver to lift up the screws once they're fully loosened, as seen in the second picture.

  • Screwdrivers with a black tip usually mean that they're magnetic, as shown with the black arrow in the second picture.

  • Remove the fan from its socket.

  • Set the fan's wires free from under the clamp (see the yellow box on picture #3).

Retrait du ventilateur

Retirez les deux vis cruciformes fixant le ventilateur en place à l'aide d'un tournevis cruciforme #00.

Utilisez un aimant ou un tournevis magnétique pour soulever les vis une fois qu'elles sont complètement desserrées, comme le montre la deuxième photo.

Les tournevis à pointe noire signifient généralement qu'ils sont magnétiques, comme le montre la flèche noire sur la deuxième image.

Retirez le ventilateur de sa prise.

Dégagez les fils du ventilateur de sous la pince (voir la boîte jaune sur la photo #3).
