One possible solution

  • Instead of separating the two pieces, it seems highly favourable to drill small holes through the black plastic layer, allowing you to remove the 4 screws without separation

  • Accoustically, this probably isn't a great idea. So, afterwards, you would want to shake out as much of the plastic shavings as possible, and plug the holes as flush as possible using hot glue: push a drop of hot glue in the area with a finger or tool that has been wet with dish soap and water. It will prevent the glue from sticking on release.

  • In the picture, I've done my best to mark off approximate locations to be drilled. If off, you could either make larger holes or a separate hole, depending on your preference. Be very careful - take your time and drill with light/no pressure!

  • Normally, I don't like making permanent modifications when possible. In this case, it seems almost unavoidable

En lugar de separar las dos piezas, parece más conveniente perforar pequeños agujeros a través de la capa de plástico negro, lo que te permite quitar los 4 tornillos sin separación.

Acústicamente, esto es buena idea. Después, querrás sacudir la mayor cantidad posible de virutas de plástico y tapar los orificios lo más al ras posible con pegamento caliente: empuja una gota de pegamento caliente en el área con un dedo o una herramienta que se ha mojado con lavavajillas y agua. Evitarás que el pegamento se pegue al soltarlo.

En la imagen, hice lo mejor que pude para marcar las ubicaciones aproximadas para perforar. Si está desconectado, puedes hacer agujeros más grandes o un agujero separado, según tus preferencias. ¡Ten mucho cuidado, tómate su tiempo y taladra con electricidad y no a presión!

Normalmente, no me gusta hacer modificaciones permanentes si es posible. En este caso, parece casi inevitable.
