Remove Top Cover

  • FIRST remove the two screws securing the top cover to the PS4. Removing the top cover will be easier if you follow these steps in order:

  • 1) Grab underneath of the top cover near the power button.

  • 2) Pull up...you will hear it click or snap as you pull up.

  • 3) Move your hand over to the opposite side of the top cover and pull up here as well.

  • 4) After puling up both sides of the top cover it should now slide back and off of the PS4.

  • We now have our first view of the inside of the CUH 1200. The first thing we notice is that the motherboard is much, much smaller and the APU clamp has been completely redesigned. The inside of this model is completely different than previous models.

Retira la cubierta superior

Primero, desatornilla los dos tornillos que aseguran la cubierta superior de la PS4. Remover la cubierta superior será mas fácil siguiendo este orden:

1) Agarra por debajo de la cubierta superior, colocada al lado del botón de encendido.

2) Estira hacía arriba, hasta que escuches un "click" mientras estiras.

3) Mueve tu mano al lugar opuesto de la cubierta superior y estira hacía arriba también.

4) Después de estirar los 2 lados de la cubierta superior, desliza la cubierta de la PS4

Ahora podemos ver dentro del CUH 1200. La primera cosa que llama la atención es que la placa base es mucho más pequeña y que la abrazadera de APU ha estado completamente rediseñada. El interior de este modelo es completamente diferente a los modelos anteriores
