  • Pull both RAM chips out of their slots.

  • During reinstallation, make sure both RAM arms are fully rotated outward before inserting the RAM chips. Use your thumbs to seat the new RAM chips into their sockets and then press the RAM arms back into the iMac.

  • It is normal to encounter a fair amount of resistance when pushing the RAM arms back into the iMac.

Estrarre entrambi i moduli RAM dai relativi slot.

Durante la reinstallazione, verificare che entrambe le linguette della memoria RAM siano totalmente ruotate verso l'esterno prima di inserire i moduli RAM. Utilizzare i pollici per inserire i nuovi moduli di memoria RAM nei rispettivi connettori, quindi premere le linguette nuovamente verso l'iMac.

È normale riscontrare una certa dose di resistenza, quando si premono nuovamente le linguette della memoria RAM verso l'iMac.
