Use the persuasion bar to begin pulling the rubber back over the rim of the tire. When you pull the rubber back over the tire, push the persuasion bar away from you and towards the other side of the tire to put the rubber of the tire back onto the rim.
When you put the tire back on, be sure that the tire is loose on the rim so that the rubber will be able to be on the entire tire by the time you finish the step.
