  • Pull the insole out of the shoe.

  • Apply duct tape inside the shoe (on the other side of the hole).

  • Make sure the duct tape covers up the entire hole, so there will be no shoe goo going through the sole into the shoe.

  • For holes that ripped through the shoe sole and to the inside of the shoe, this step is very important.

Enlevez la semelle intérieure de la chaussure.

Collez un morceau de ruban adhésif isolant à l'intérieur de la chaussure (de l'autre côté du trou).

Faite attention que le ruban recouvre complètement le trou pour être sûr que la colle ne vas pas se répandre dans la chaussure.

Cette étape est très importante pour les trous qui traversent toute la semelle.
