How to refurbish and clean longboard bushings

Take apart the trucks by removing the parts in this order: washer #1, bushing #1, metal hangar, bushing #2, washer #2
To remove the hanger, wiggle it off of the kingpin (large bolt), then lift it out of the pivot cup.
Make sure you remember the order of the parts! Take a picture if you need to, or simply refer to the other side of the board for the correct truck setup.
