Unscrew the board brace

  • Remove the short medium screws

  • Remove the ground screw

  • Remove the heatsink screws and braces

  • Lift the front to remove

  • Do this slowly. The heatsinks are not screwed down and you may damage the fins if you use too much force.

  • This is the second time I've taken this apart. That's why there is no thermal paste on the chips. They do put paste on there. Too much in my opinion.

  • When putting back together, all the screw places are marked. If the hole doesn't have a marker, don't put a screw in it.

Dévisser le support de carte mère

Retirer les vis moyennes

Retirer la vis de mise à la terre

Retirer les vis et les fixations du dissipateur thermique

Soulever la face avant pour la retirer

Procédez lentement. Les dissipateurs ne sont pas vissés et vous risquez d'endommager les ailettes si vous forcez trop.

C'est la deuxième fois que je le démonte. C'est pourquoi il n'y a pas de pâte thermique sur les puces. Ils mettent effectivement de la pâte. Trop à mon avis.

Lors du remontage, tous les emplacements de vis sont marqués. Si le trou n'est pas marqué, ne mettez pas de vis dedans.
