Opening the Watch Assembly

  • Once the four Torx screws have been removed from the Watch Assembly, using a spudger, gently pry the front and back halves of the watch away from each other. This is best accomplished by placing the head of the spudger in the space between the two halves and rotating the head until the two halves split apart.

  • Be careful not to let the spudger slip into the casing too far; doing so could damage the internal components.

  • Once the two halves have separated simply lift the back half up and away from the front half to complete this step.

  • There are no cables connecting the front and back halves of the watch together; there is no need to worry about pulling any cables or connectors out in this step.

Une fois les quatre vis Torx retirées de l'assemblage de la montre, à l'aide d'une spatule, écartez délicatement les moitiés avant et arrière de la montre l'une de l'autre. Pour ce faire, placez la tête du spudger dans l'espace entre les deux moitiés et faites tourner la tête jusqu'à ce que les deux moitiés se séparent.

Attention à ne pas laisser trop glisser la spatule dans le boîtier ; cela pourrait endommager les composants internes.

Une fois les deux moitiés séparées, soulevez simplement la moitié arrière et éloignez-la de la moitié avant pour terminer cette étape.

Il n'y a pas de nappes reliant les moitiés avant et arrière de la montre ; donc pas besoin de retirer des nappes ou des connecteurs à cette étape.
