  • Removing the battery before lifting out the logic board is not strictly required, but makes removing the logic board easier and safer. If you leave your battery in, be especially careful not to bend the logic board against the battery's case near its bar code.

  • Remove the following Tri-point screws securing the battery to the upper case:

  • One 5.5 mm Tri-point screw

  • One 13.5 mm Tri-point screw

  • Lift the battery out of the upper case.

Rimuovere la batteria prima di sollevare la scheda logica non è strettamente necessario, ma rende più facile e sicuro rimuovere la scheda logica. Se lasci la batteria, fai particolare attenzione a non piegare la scheda logica contro il case della batteria vicino al codice a barre.

Rimuovi le seguenti viti a tre punte che fissano la batteria alla parte superiore del case:

Una vite a tre punte da 5,5 mm.

Una vite a tre punte da 13,5 mm.

Solleva la batteria dal case superiore.
