  • Pull the battery wires through the logic board to free the battery. If the wires don't easily come free, make sure the wires are straight and all the solder has been removed.

  • Slide the three wires of the replacement battery through the holes in the logic board. Going from the edge of the iPod, the order of wires is black at the far right (close to the metal frame), red in the middle, and white to the far left.

Tira de los cables de la batería a través de la placa lógica para liberar la batería. Si los cables no se sueltan fácilmente, asegúrate de que estén rectos y de que se haya quitado toda la soldadura.

Desliza los tres cables de la batería de repuesto por los orificios de la placa lógica. Desde el borde del iPod, el orden de los cables es el siguiente: negro en el extremo derecho (cerca del marco de metal), rojo en el medio y blanco en el extremo izquierdo.
