  • 1. Turn off the phone.

  • 2. Press and hold the Volume Down and Power On buttons.

  • 3. When you feel a vibration, release only the Power On button.

  • 4. You will see on the screen an exclamation mark (!).

  • 5. Press the keys in this order: • Volume Up > Volume Down > Power > Volume Down •

  • The phone will restart.

5. Appuyez sur les touches suivante dans l’ordre : Bouton pour augmenter le volume > Bouton pour baisser le volume > Bouton de marche > Bouton pour baisser le volume

Votre smartphone va redémarrer.
