  • 1. Turn off the phone.

  • 2. Press and hold the Volume Down and Power On buttons.

  • 3. When you feel a vibration, release only the Power On button.

  • 4. You will see on the screen an exclamation mark (!).

  • 5. Press the keys in this order: • Volume Up > Volume Down > Power > Volume Down •

  • The phone will restart.

  • Did you do it successfully?

1. Schalte das Smartphone aus.

2. Drücke und halte die Volume Down Taste sowie die Einschalttaste.

3. Wenn eine Vibration zu spüren ist, lasse nur die Einschalttaste los.

4. Auf dem Bildschirm erscheint ein Ausrufezeichen (!).

5. Drücke die Tasten in folgender Reihenfolge: Laut > Leiser > Power > Leiser

6. Das Smartphone startet nun neu.
