  • To take apart the strap lock, take the black ball cap and turn it counterclockwise.

  • After you unscrew the ball cap, pull on the other side of the locking mechanism (opposite to the ball cap) to remove the spring and bar.

  • Unlock your strap lock from the guitar before attempting this step.
