  • Carefully lift up the front left and right corners,

  • then you will need to use a small plastic opening tool to lift 2 clips on the front. The palmrest should flip open and rest over the keyboard.

  • If you have a N410c, skip this point and go on to the next one. If you have a N400c, disconnect the ribbon cable that connects the trackpoint to its buttons on the palmrest,

  • Lift the palmrest and then you can flip the keyboard over onto the screen, then you can see and disconnect the backup battery.

Soulevez avec précaution les coins avant gauche et avant droit.

Vous devrez ensuite utiliser un petit outil d’ouverture en plastique pour soulever deux attaches à l’avant. Le repose-poignets devrait pouvoir être ouvert et être retourné sur le clavier.

Si vous avez un N410c, ignorez ce point et passez au suivant. Si vous avez un N400c, débranchez le câble plat qui relie le trackpoint à ses boutons sur le repose-poignets,

Soulevez le repose-poignets et vous pourrez alors basculer le clavier sur l’écran, puis vous pourrez voir et débrancher la pile CMOS.
