  • With a couple magic words (and some well-applied force), the adhered panel separates cleanly from the rest of the phone.

  • With the panel finally off, the adhesive peels off the glass nicely, but leaves a sticky residue on the metal midframe.

  • When we heard that the S6/S6 Edge shipped with a glass panel, we fell into 2011 flashback land; but after our sophisticated stress tests, it looks like glass has come a long way in four years.

Mit ein paar Zauberworten (und etwas wohlangebrachter Kraft) löst sich das festgeklebte Panel vom Rest des Smartphones.

Nachdem das Panel nun endlich entfernt ist, kann der Kleber leicht vom Glas abgezogen werden, aber auf dem Mittelrahmen aus Metall bleiben klebrige Rückstände.

Als wir hörten, dass das S6/S6 Edge mit einem Glaspanel geliefert wird, hatten wir einen Flashback ins Jahr 2011, aber nach unserem komplexen Stresstest scheint es, als sei Glas in vier Jahren weit gekommen.
