  • At their event on Monday, Apple showed us some incredible renders of the new MacBook's cutting-edge Force Touch trackpad.

  • We were expecting the MacBook Pro to receive the same trackpad—but this looks somewhat different, with a full lower panel and four springy mounts.

  • Not that we're criticizing—there's certainly a big difference between retrofitting technology into an existing laptop like the MacBook Pro, and a ground-up design like the MacBook. But we'll be excitedly looking for the differences when we get our hands on the MacBook.

Nel suo evento di presentazione di lunedì scorso, Apple ci ha mostrato degli incredibili rendering del nuovo avanzatissimo trackpad Force Touch per il MacBook.

Ci aspettavamo che il MacBook Pro ricevesse lo stesso trackpad: ma questo sembra in qualche modo diverso, con un pannello inferiore che lo copre interamente e quattro supporti che fungono anche da molla.

Non lo diciamo per criticare: c'è senz'altro una grande differenza tra applicare retroattivamente una nuova tecnologia in un laptop preesistente come il MacBook Pro e in un progetto radicalmente nuovo come il MacBook. Ma sarà con grande emozione che cercheremo le differenze quando metteremo le mani sul MacBook.
