  • Set the torque wrench to 32 ft-lbs.

  • Check if all of the oil has drained from the engine by seeing if the oil is still flowing into the drain pan.

  • Wipe any spills on the ground.

  • Replace the drain plug.

  • Use the 14mm socket torque wrench to tighten the drain plug until the wrench makes a "clicking" noise.

  • Do not over tighten the drain plug with the torque wrench. Too much force could cause the head of the bolt to snap off and become stuck in the engine.

Réglez la clé dynamométrique sur 32 ft-lbs.

Vérifiez si toute l'huile a bien été vidangée du moteur en regardant si de l'huile s'écoule encore dans le bac de vidange.

Essuyez tout déversement sur le sol.

Remettez le bouchon de vidange en place.

Utilisez la clé dynamométrique à douille de 14 mm pour serrer le bouchon de vidange jusqu'à ce que la clé fasse un "clic".

Ne serrez pas trop le bouchon de vidange avec la clé dynamométrique. Une force trop importante pourrait faire éclater la tête du boulon et la bloquer dans le moteur.
