Micro interrupteur thermique grillé

  • Dans notre cas, c'est le micro interrupteur thermique qui était grillé, i.e. le composant blanc où est inscrit « Y51 H 120C ».

  • Première solution, démonter le micro interrupteur, puis mettre un schunt à sa place (un petit bout de fil). Inconvénient : perte de la protection thermique pour ce mixeur à "marche de courte durée".

  • Deuxième solution, remplacer le micro interrupteur thermique (c'est mieux) par un composant équivalent c.à.d. probablement un déclenchement à 120 °C et courant max. de 5 A.

GR Thermal Micro-switch

In our case, the thermal fuse was blown, i.e. the small white component labelled «Y51 H 120C».

First solution: remove the thermal fuse and place a shunt instead (a small wire). Downside: loss of the thermal protection on this "short working duration" blender.

Second solution: replace the thermal fuse (which is better) by a component with the same characteristics. In this case, probably with a fusing temperature of 120°C and a max. current 5A.
