Defective Light: Light Keeper instructions

  • You can also use a Light Keeper Pro or similar continuity testing device to pinpoint burnt out bulbs.

  • Plug in the strand of lights, and remove a bulb to connect the Light Keeper Pro to an empty socket.

  • Pull the trigger on the Light Keeper several times to bypass the bad bulb and light the whole strand, leaving the bad bulb dim.

  • Replace the bulb you used to test the strand, then remove and replace any bad bulbs. You can use the Light Keeper to test the new bulbs before you install them.

Vous pouvez également utiliser un Light Keeper Pro ou un dispositif de contrôle de continuité similaire pour localiser les ampoules grillées.

Retirez une ampoule pour connecter le Light Keeper Pro sur un emplacement vide et branchez la guirlande.

Appuyez plusieurs fois sur la gâchette du Light Keeper pour contourner l'ampoule défectueuse et allumer toute la guirlande en laissant l'ampoule défectueuse éteinte.

Remplacez l'ampoule que vous avez utilisée pour tester la guirlande, puis enlevez et remplacez toutes les ampoules défectueuses. Vous pouvez utiliser le Light Keeper pour tester les nouvelles ampoules avant de les installer.
