Removing the Wheel Holder and Shock

Firmly grasp the metal piece that holds the wheel and gently pull it away.
The shocks should fall out naturally by themselves. This is normal and expected. If they do not, gently pull the shocks out of their holders.
A metal cylinder is located inside the spring of the shock. Do not lose this.
