  • If the buttons are sticky; leaving the dial pad and/or rubber pad to soak in soap and water for 5-10 minutes will clean off any sticky residue that may be obstructing the buttons.

  • Make sure to properly dry the dial pad and rubber pad of any soap/water before reattaching them to the phone to avoid the risk of short circuiting.

Si les boutons sont collants ; laisser le pavé numérique et/ou le tampon en caoutchouc tremper dans de l'eau et du savon pendant 5 à 10 minutes éliminera tout résidu collant qui pourrait obstruer les boutons.

Assurez-vous de bien sécher le pavé numérique et le tampon en caoutchouc de tout savon/eau avant de les rattacher au téléphone pour éviter tout risque de court-circuit.
