Installing the New Capacitor

  • Place the leads of the capacitor through designated holes of the circuit board.

  • Place solder iron on the thermal pad and the lead.

  • Once this is done wait a few seconds until both items heat up.

  • Once they are heated, apply the solder to the other side so that the solder iron and the solder are not directly touching.

  • Wait 3 to 5 seconds or until enough solder covers the whole pad and forms a nice mound.

  • Remove the solder, leaving the solder iron on the pad for 2 to three seconds, then remove the solder iron.

  • Repeat for the other lead.

De nieuwe condensator installeren

Steek de draden van de condensator door de daarvoor bestemde gaten van de printplaat.

Plaats de soldeerbout op het printspoor en de aansluiting van de condensator.

Wacht een paar seconden totdat beide delen zijn opgewarmd.

Zodra deze zijn verwarmd, breng je soldeertin aan op de andere kant, zodat de soldeerbout en het soldeertin elkaar niet direct raken.

Wacht 3 tot 5 seconden of totdat voldoende soldeertin de hele aansluiting bedekt en een mooie heuvel vormt.

Verwijder het soldeertin, laat de soldeerbout 2 tot drie seconden op de aansluiting en verwijder vervolgens de soldeerbout.

Herhaal dit voor de andere aansluiting.
