Repair SIM card tray

  • Cut a piece of tape/ paper approximately the size of your Sim Card and secure it to the back side of the Sim. Be sure to trim any excess.

  • It's important that you place the tape on the back side of the Sim Card as it will block the communication with the device if placed on the front side

  • Slowly slide the Sim Card tray back into the device. It should be a smooth transition, don't force the tray in.

  • If the tray is still loose you can keep adding tape/paper until it's no longer loose.

Réparer le plateau de la carte SIM

Coupez un morceau de ruban adhésif/papier approximativement de la taille de votre carte Sim et fixez-le à l'arrière de la carte Sim. Assurez-vous de couper tout excès.

Il est important que vous placiez la bande à l'arrière de la carte Sim car elle bloquera la communication avec l'appareil si elle est placée à l'avant.

Faites glisser lentement le plateau de la carte Sim dans l'appareil. La transition doit se faire en douceur, ne forcez pas le plateau.

Si le bac est toujours lâche, vous pouvez continuer à ajouter du ruban adhésif/du papier jusqu'à ce qu'il ne soit plus lâche.
