The Spacebar Spring

  • If the key you are removing is the spacebar (like you see pictured here), you should find a single spring placed on one of two circular spots located one the right and left side underneath the key.

  • Remove the spring and place it to the side so it doesn't get lost.

  • It does not matter which of the two circular spots the spring is on.

  • There is only one spring per spacebar. If the spring is missing, don't worry — the spacebar will work fine without it — but it will work better when the spring is attached.

Le ressort de la barre d'espace

Si la clé que vous retirez est la barre d'espace (comme vous le voyez sur la photo), vous devriez trouver un seul ressort placé sur l'un des deux points circulaires situés à droite et à gauche sous la clé.

Retirez le ressort et placez-le sur le côté pour ne pas le perdre.

Peu importe sur lequel des deux points circulaires se trouve le ressort.

Il n'y a qu'un seul ressort par barre d'espace. Si le ressort est manquant, ne vous inquiétez pas - la barre d'espace fonctionnera bien sans lui - mais cela fonctionnera mieux lorsque le ressort est attaché.
