Tweezers are the tool of choice to peel up these lightly-adhered delicate little guys.
An antenna interconnect cable comes up first, and then the power button switch.
While the size of these cables puts them at risk of tearing, having so many isn't a bad thing. Separating components out into modular, individually-replaceable components makes repairs easier and cheaper.
