  • Repeat for the second strip.

  • Hold down the battery as you remove the second strip, or the strip may fling the battery when it separates from the case.

  • If the adhesive breaks off underneath the battery and can't be retrieved, apply a few drops of high concentration (over 90%) isopropyl alcohol under the edge of the battery in the area of the broken adhesive strip(s).

  • Wait about one minute for the alcohol solution to weaken the adhesive. Use the flat end of a spudger to gently lift the battery.

  • Don't try to forcefully lever the battery out. If needed, apply a few more drops of alcohol to further weaken the adhesive. Never deform or puncture the battery with your pry tool.

  • Do not pry against the logic board or you may damage the phone.

  • Do not insert the spudger in the area between the volume down (-) button and the top edge of the battery, or you may damage the volume control cable lying underneath.

  • For more alternative methods when either of the adhesive strips broke off underneath the battery and could not be retrieved, continue with the next step below.

Repite para la segunda tira.

Mantén presionada la batería mientras retiras la segunda tira, o la tira puede arrojar la batería cuando se separa de la caja.

Si el adhesivo se rompe debajo de la bateria y no puede ser recuperar, aplica unas gotas de alcohol isopropilico de gran concentración (major a 90%) debajo de la esquina de la batería en el area de la tira rota de adhesivo.

Espera por alrededor de un minuto para que el alcohol debilite el adhesivo. Usa el lado plano de un spudger para levantar gentilmente la batería

No trates de remover la bateria forzosamente. Si lo necesitas aplica una gotas mas de alcohol para debilitar aun mas el adhesivo. Nunca deformes o perfores la batería con tu herramienta.

No hagas palanca pegado a la placa logica o puede que dañes el teléfono

No insertes el spudger en el area entre los botones de volumen y la esquina superior de la batería, o puede que dañes el cable del botón de volumen debajo

Para mas métodos alternativos cuando alguna de las tiras de adhesivo se rompió debajo de la batería y no pudo ser recuperada, continua con los siguientes pasos abajo
