  • Start the reassembly, for the most part it involves reversing the disassembly steps but there are some things that need to be noted.

  • Drop the battery cover clip back into the bottom of the case in the orientation shown in the previous step.

  • Use a small flat blade screwdriver to pull the spring back and seat the tip of the spring behind the notch in the battery cover clip. Carefully close and open the battery cover a few times to make sure that it is now staying closed properly.

  • Reinsert the lower PCB, taking care to slide the back right corner in first, the screw that was loosened but not removed in step 5 holds a metal clip, the edge of the lower PCB has to slide into this clip.

  • Push the left side of the lower PCB back until is can slide down over the vertical plastic alignment guide on the left edge of the case.

  • Use a flat blade screw driver to get the lower PCB back under the retaining clip at the left front in a similar way to how the board was removed, don't try to just push down on the board, the fit is so tight the board might crack.

  • Make sure the lower PCB ribbon cable clip is in the up / released position, reinsert the lower PCB ribbon cable guiding it into position with a needle nose pliers, tweezers or forceps, be careful not to damage the cable and make sure that it is in far enough that only a tiny stripe of the ribbon contacts remains visible.

  • Rotate the black retaining clip down to lock the ribbon in position. Reinsert and tighten all of the silver screws that hold down the lower PCB.

Inicia el reensamblaje, en su mayor parte implica revertir los pasos de desmontaje, pero hay algunas cosas que deben tenerse en cuenta.

Coloca el clip de la tapa de la batería nuevamente en la parte inferior de la caja en la orientación que se muestra en el paso anterior

Usa un destornillador plano pequeño para jalar el resorte hacia atrás y asienta la punta del resorte detrás de la muesca en el clip de la cubierta de la batería. Cierra con cuidado y abre la tapa de la batería varias veces para asegurarse de que ahora esté cerrada correctamente.

Vuelve a insertar la PCB inferior, teniendo cuidado de deslizar la esquina posterior derecha en primer lugar, el tornillo que se aflojó pero no se quitó en el paso 5 sujeta un clip de metal, el borde de la PCB inferior debe deslizarse en este clip

Empuja el lado izquierdo de la PCB inferior hacia atrás hasta que se pueda deslizar hacia abajo sobre la guía de alineación plástica vertical en el borde izquierdo de la caja.

Usa un destornillador de punta plana para colocar la PCB inferior debajo del clip de retención en la parte delantera izquierda de una manera similar a como se quitó la placa, no intentes simplemente empujar hacia abajo la placa, el ajuste es tan apretado que la tabla podría agrietarse

Asegúrate de que el clip del cable plano de la PCB inferior esté en la posición arriba/suelta, vuelve a insertar el cable plano de la PCB inferior que lo guía con una pinza de punta, pinzas o pinzas, ten cuidado de no dañar el cable y asegúrate de que esté en lo lejos para que solo quede visible una pequeña franja de los contactos de la cinta.

Gira el clip de retención negro hacia abajo para bloquear la cinta en su posición. Vuelve a insertar y aprieta todos los tornillos plateados que sujetan la PCB inferior.
