  • Turn off the device completely

  • Press and hold the Volume Up, Home and Power keys at the same time.

  • When the logo "GALAXY Note 3" appears on the screen, release the Power key but continue to press and hold the Volume Up key and the Home key.

  • When the Android System Recovery menu appears, release the Volume Up and Home keys.

  • Use the Volume Up/Down keys for navigation in the menu and the Power key to select "'wipe data / factory reset".

  • In the next menu select "Yes -- erase all user data" and "reboot system now".

本体の電源を切って下さい。

音量大ボタン、ホームボタン、電源ボタンを同時に押して下さい。

GALAXY Note3という文字が表示されたら音量ボタン、ホームボタンは押したまま電源ボタンのみを離してください。

アンドロイドのシステム回復メニューが表示されたら、音量大ボタンとホームボタンから手を離してください。

メニューからナビゲーションされる音量大/小ボタンを使って日付消去/ファクトリーリセット（強制初期化）を選択し、電源ボタンで決定してください。

次の画面の"はい — 全てのユーザー情報を消去" （全てのデータを消す）と"再起動"を選択してください。
