  • Turn off the device completely

  • Press and hold the Volume Up, Home and Power keys at the same time.

  • When the logo "GALAXY Note 3" appears on the screen, release the Power key but continue to press and hold the Volume Up key and the Home key.

  • When the Android System Recovery menu appears, release the Volume Up and Home keys.

  • Use the Volume Up/Down keys for navigation in the menu and the Power key to select "'wipe data / factory reset".

  • In the next menu select "Yes -- erase all user data" and "reboot system now".

Spegni il dispositivo.

Premi e tieni premuti i tasti Volume Su, tasto Home e tasto Accensione contemporaneamente.

Non appena apparirà il logo "GALAXY Note 3" sullo schermo, rilascia pure il tasto Accensione, ma continua a tenere premuti i tasti Volume Su e tasto Home.

Quando comparirà il menù Android System Recovery, rilascia i tasti Volume Su e tasto Home.

Adesso, usa i tasti Volume Su/Giù per navigare all'interno del menù. Giunto alla voce "wipe data / factory reset" usa il tasto Accensione per selezionarla.

Nel menù che ti apparirà seleziona "Yes -- erase all user data" e quindi "reboot system now".
