  • You can see here the giant battery front and center as well as the foil covered hdd on the upper left.

  • You may want to remove the battery so as to keep any chance of damaging your computer to a minimum, as you can see it will require removing quite a few screws.

  • The two cables travelling over the hdd will need to be disconnected, to do this you need to lift up the connector as shown.

  • You will notice there are 3 locations the hdd is secured to the laptop. There are 4 screws though, the bottom right corner has a tiny bracket that has two screws holding this corner down.

Vous voudrez peut-être retirer la batterie afin de limiter au maximum les risques d'endommager votre ordinateur. Comme vous pouvez le constater, il faudra retirer un certain nombre de vis.

Les deux câbles qui passent sur le disque dur doivent être débranchés, pour ce faire, vous devez soulever le connecteur comme indiqué.

Vous remarquerez qu'il y a 3 endroits où le disque dur est maintenu à l'ordinateur portable. Il y a 4 vis au total et le coin inférieur droit a un petit support qui a deux vis qui maintiennent ce coin vers le bas.
