  • Now - hardware reset:

  • Switch off the tablet.

  • Press and hold at the same time Volume UP and Power keys.

  • When the System Recovery screen appears use the Volume Up/Down keys for navigation and the Power On key for OK.

  • Choose "wipe data / factory reset", "Yes -- delete all user data", "reboot system now".

Ahora - restablecimiento del hardware:

Apaga la tableta.

Aprieta y mantén al mismo tiempo los botones de subir volumen y encendido.

Cuando la pantalla de recuperación del sistema aparezca, usa los botones de subir y bajar volumen para navegar y el botón de encendido para OK.

Elige "borrar datos/restablecimiento de fábrica", "Sí -- borrar todos los datos del usuario", reiniciar sistema ahora".
