  • Remove the four 3.5 mm T5 screws securing the heat sink to the logic board.

  • Grip both ends of the heat sink and lift it up from the logic board.

  • When installing the new heat sink, remember to replace the thermal paste underneath the heat sink.

Entferne die vier 3,5 mm T5 Schrauben, die den Kühlkörper am Logic Board befestigen.

Greife beide Enden des Kühlkörpers und hebe diesen vom Logic Board.

Bei der Montage eines neuen Kühlkörpers denke daran, die Wärmeleitpaste unter dem Kühlkörper zu tauschen.
