Installing Heatsink

  • Apply thermal paste onto the main chip or on the connection side of the fan.

  • Place the heat-sink over the GPU carefully, lining up any screws or clips.

  • Apply heatsink on thermal pads as applicable.

  • Use only a small amount of heatsink and spread evenly using a card, or apply pressure evenly when connecting components.

  • If there is thermal tape or pads that were removed for the reflow, place these back in their original position.

Installare il dissipatore

Applica la pasta termica sul chip principale o sulla superficie dove poggia la ventola.

Posiziona il dissipatore di calore sulla GPU con attenzione, allineando le viti o le clip.

Applica il dissipatore di calore sui tamponi termici, se necessario.

Utilizza solo una piccola quantità di pasta termica e distribuiscila in modo uniforme utilizzando una scheda, oppure applica una pressione uniforme quando si collegano i componenti.

Se sono stati rimossi del nastro termico o dei tamponi per il reflow, rimettili nella loro posizione originale.
