  • Put the logic board in a PCB holder or small vise, to safely hold it while reflowing (it's going to get hot!).

  • Protect the logic board with Kapton tape that has good insulating and temperature characteristics (temperature range: −269 to +400 °C).

Mettez la carte mère sur le support LCB ou sur un petit étau pour la maintenir en toute sécurité pendant la refusion (cela va chauffer !).

Protégez la carte mère avec du ruban adhésif Kapton qui est un bon isolant et qui a de bonnes caractéristiques thermiques (plage de température : -269 à +400° C).
